The location offers stunning views of the Dead Sea, giving a unique backdrop to relax. The room features a spacious balcony perfect for soaking in the sun while enjoying the scenery.
Issues kept piling up during the stay. the indoor pool was off-limits for kids despite a mixed message at check-in, leaving us disappointed. The shower had a clogged drain and broken doors, making a basic necessity quite frustrating, while the lack of adequate WiFi made it challenging to stay connected. Plus, the public beach with loungers had an unexpected charge that felt unnecessary, and the seasonal outdoor pool was closed during our visit without any upfront notice.

The highlight was the stunning sea view from our deluxe room, which made mornings absolutely delightful! The access to the spa was fantastic, and my teens loved the activities nearby. We spent quality time together enjoying the warm atmosphere.
In my wife’s opinion, food variety was lacking. My kids wished for more options in the dining area, especially since we had three hungry teenagers to feed.

The sea view was magnificent and relaxing.
I was extremely frustrated with the check-in process. We arrived right at 3 PM and waited over an hour for our room. Additionally, the elevators were a nightmare, consistently overcrowded and slow, forcing us to use the service elevators which were dirty and smelly. The overall management seemed chaotic, and it felt like a total waste of our money.
